Account & Data Deletion

AquaGuide AI provides users with the ability to delete their account and associated application data.

Important: If you still have AquaGuide AI installed, you can delete your account directly from the application through Profile → Account → Delete Account.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you no longer have access to the AquaGuide AI application, or if you prefer to submit a deletion request through the web, contact us using the email address below.

Please include the email address associated with your AquaGuide AI account so that we can identify the account and process the request.

What Will Be Deleted

After the account deletion request is verified and processed, AquaGuide AI will delete the user's Firebase Authentication account and associated application data controlled by AquaGuide AI, including:

Deletion Process

  1. Submit a deletion request using the email address above.
  2. Provide the email address associated with your AquaGuide AI account.
  3. The request may be verified to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
  4. Once verified, the associated account and application data will be deleted.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Third-Party Services

Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own applicable privacy policies and retention practices. AquaGuide AI cannot directly control the retention practices of independent third-party services.
